Cheese and his siblings Merlot and Prosciutto were rescued off the streets in Tijuana and found their second chances through the Cat Lounge. Cheese looks like a little tiger and has the sweetest mix of affection and confidence. He’s vocal and loves to “talk,” making adorable cooing sounds when he’s exploring. He’ll meow at his foster for food or attention and even chirp at seagulls when he was smaller than they were! Cheese gives the best head butts and has a rumbling purr. He loves to curl up next to his foster or tuck himself between the knees for naps. One of his funniest and most endearing quirks? He lets out little farts when he’s excited—whether it’s mealtime, greeting time, or snuggle time! Cheese is super social and would love to be adopted with a sibling or go to a home with another playful kitty friend.
