Tarot is a 6 month old black panther that was rescued with is brother, Oracle, when they were just itty bitty babies.  They are very well loved and cared for in foster care, but need some more exposure. They are so sweet - we have no doubt they'll get scooped up in a heart beat. This is how his foster describes him:
